Harry Potter. The most popular fandom on the internet.
I initially got into this fandom fairly early on. I enjoy this fandom even though it's often filled with wank and fighting, because it's never boring.
One thing that I like to always throw out there when I mention that I like Harry Potter is this: I don't read Harry Potter for Harry Potter. I find Harry to be obnoxious a lot of the time (especially in the later books), granted it's not unrealistic, but he is still an annoying teenage boy.
I read Harry Potter for the teachers mostly. For Remus, for Minerva, for Dumbledore, for Mr. and Mrs. Weasley.
